Call to action & Our Mission

A CALL TO ACTION TO UNITE AS ONE AND END THE TYRANNY OF UNDER EDUCATION

We must look to the √, i.e. Square Root of the problem [being], Under Education. As Under Education is a form of tyranny that we are in fact and law all a Victim thereof. This can easily be recognized and proofed by the fact that in the year of 1850, a child who graduated high school at the age of 12 had obtained the equivalent knowledge to hold five (5) master degrees in the five (5) general areas of studies, i.e. math, reading, writing science and social studies, and mind you the average child only studied for a few hours a day as the great amount of the day was spent working and helping the family. The children, who then were adults, knew the United States Constitution in all of its general respects, as well as their local state Constitution, knew how to draft their own legal documents, knew how to cultivate the land, knew how to care for livestock and animals, butcher them and cook them as well, but most importantly knew their minds on a deeper psychological level that most adults today lack. Please, as I implore all, to research, study and find these claims to be fact. But please don’t rely on the internet but look to books that were wrote back then, such as "Democracy in America" wrote by Alexis Tocqueville in 1831 who came and studied Americanism for 10 years in order to gift us with the true insight as to the details of our way of life then. On just one aspect I would like to bring to light, as to attempt to bring all the facts noted therein would take a lot of time, but I want to just provide the aspect of Jury Nullification and that Mr. Tocqueville noted that ‘We the People’ secured such a right to nullify to be preserved. Now, let’s look to today’s judicial system, and the right of nullification through the judicial process of Jury Review of a Law/Custom, Jury Finding as to the truth of the matter and the established right for such creation, and Jury Nullification thereof, if the action of law is invalid in any way or form, has been disparaged to being taken out of our knowledge, and such has been accomplished through Under Educating the masses so as to implement the corruption of ‘We the People’s’ power found in such civil recourses for remedial balance. The same disparagement has been made upon another form of remedial law, and this form of law is termed "Friendly Suit." As the Friendly Suit has been utilized by states on boundary disputes that the United states Supreme Court has granted unanimous opinion there upon the findings proofed upon the execution of a Friendly Suit by the Citizens, but in today's jurist fiction of the law - the disparaged misconception is the Friendly Suit can only be utilized in cases where an infant child's parents have passed away, to grant the attorney power of attorney for the infant child's representation in the courts. This is not only the case with our Judiciary, as this affects our Government in a whole, as Police and Public Servants are not provided the proper training neither, in that Police Officers are provided the bare minimum of education and training, as is apparent most are not taught what their oath of office that obligates the services they are bound by said oath to provide for the inhabitants/Citizens, but in its stead the Police Officers and all Public Servants are mis, ill, and/or mal trained on how to abuse their powers, and to uphold invalid laws that in fact and law violate the Constitutions. This is brought upon our society due to the removal of ‘We the People’s’ power to hold the Public Servants accountable via and through, for example, Administrative Malfeasance Hearings for removal of Public Servants from Public Office for their actions that are immoral, negligent, malicious, deliberate indifferent to the rights established and protected by our Constitutions, i.e. treasonous, etc., etc., etc….. in nature and form. There lies no accountability for most instances and unless you have been personally affected by such an instance and have "NOT" been provided the proper education to properly identify corrupt practices as well as what the proper remedy is therefore and how to conduct such processes. These abilities of action of empowerment have also been removed from our general understanding and knowledge with the intendment to disparage and dummy ‘We the People’ down for an easement in the control as it’s easy to manipulate unintelligent people. This is what Under Education of the masses, us, ‘We the People’, perpetuates, and indeed this affects Our Children of yesterday, today and tomorrow. And if we do nothing, this will go on forever.

Upon researching, one will come to the factual realization that in comparison, harsh reality and contrast truth - that a child of today knows nothing, i.e. "not even a candle to the sun", of a child in the 1800's, and this should not only sadden all of my fellows, but should upset and infuriate all of us, whom of which are 'We the People', the true power of this great nation, and all of whom of which are the direct victims of the Tyranny of Under Education.

To further expound upon this fact that we have been sabotaged and dummied down - in today’s Educational Grading System that is based on A's, B's, C's, D's and F's, we must take an inquisitive comparison as to our minds and thoughts ability, that is confined due to the limited information that is being provided, through the misapplication of the education system that is being utilized upon us, as one is only capable of the abilities that are provided through the information is fed and thereby permits the extent of our thoughts, and guides the length of our collective wisdom as to our minds being a lot similar to the foundation and integral structure of a high rise building, as without such a high rise building would not stand or be able to exist without a sound and solid foundation. So, I present an analogy as we will pretend to have a High Rise Building Inspector whom is permitted to give a pass on a grading system for a High Rise Building in the stead of the Pass\Fail aspect utilized that ensures a sound foundation and solid structure to ensure the High Rise Building is safe and sound for human habitation and can endure the test of time to stand for the years to come.

Thus, in this ridiculous analogy I present is as “if” a Building Inspector for high rise buildings were permitted to pass weight bearing pillars with a Grade of “F” here and a Grade of “D” there, or say Grades of “B,” “C,” or a “B” here and there, by the time the construction of this high rise building were to reach the construction of the fifth (5th) or sixth (6th) level - the building would be unsound, unstable, as well as on the verge of collapse. And, If one were to implement the slightest bit of pressure or weight upon such a high-rise building - the building would in fact collapse, and quite possible would collapse under just the building’s own weight. This reality is in fact the state of our children’s minds, that 'We the People' permit, today, and in fact is the very tragedy that perpetuates several atrocities into reality. Again, as I have already touched on- ‘We the People’ are not provided the proper education for the ability to correctly identify or remedy such tyrannies as they are not hidden but are in operation and conducted in plain sight, without a blink of an eye, and this state of our society is in-deed a tragedy of unreal insidious proportion.

In furtherment, to provide a little more detail on this heinous and complex form of Tyranny that is termed Under Education, and of which is the very weapon being implemented on a daily basis that instills indoctrination and demoralization into the hearts and minds of Our Children as a psychological warfare that in reality is actual, factual and apparent as we are designed, programmed and brainwashed to attack and hate anything that is different, to attack and hate intelligence, to attack and hate individuals of virtue and celebrate with laughter and joy upon other’s instances of suffrage, misfortune and pain, in most cases, not all, but more than not.

The reality of just this realization is a sad, sick and sadistic way of living that 'We the People' permit as we are the very product of the successful outcome of our oppressor’s goal and aspirations to enslave us all by keeping us heartless and uneducated. Truly, If ‘We the People’ choose to do nothing - 'We the People' become that very evil as an accessory thereto this crime.

The crime being - establishing and solidifying a life sentence on Our Children and the perpetuation of their “Not being able to identify or remedy the Tyranny, Oppression and Division in all its forms, promotion of nonsensical hate, and not finding and knowing their true selves, as well as condemning them to a reality of confusion and misunderstanding - as these are the very weapons in use against 'We the People' and Our Children today in this sick psychological warfare that is rooted in the Tyranny of Under Educating, which brings upon us "not understanding" or the "misunderstanding" to many vital things that manifest the exploitations of the people.

The Affiant’s, adam nicholas: casey’s, Children’s Foundation of ‘We-R-One’ number one (1) mission is to establish the remedy needed to free Ourselves, and ultimately free Our Children, as to save Our Children form the reality of becoming Victims to the Tyranny of Under Education, and this Call to Action will be the Paramount Mission of ‘We the People’ to save Our Children and end this reality of Mis-Understandings and the Metal Anguish Hell that such in turn creates.

The remedy being- To Arm Our Children with the pentacle/apex/best weapon of all via gifting them with the correct and proper information necessary to manifest the best opportunities for Our Children to gain/obtain the greatest likelihood for the greatest possible intellectual collective of wisdom and empowerment of all time, as Our Children are capable of, for All Children, and this shall be provided, this remedy, and nothing less, as it’s a right we are obligated to gift our children with.

This easily obtainable feat can be had via and through implementation of the Kahn Academy's Mastery System of Learning. The identical learning system our ancestors utilized during the 1800’s was the mastery system. And, as was once before can be done again, as children who utilize Kahn Academy’s Mastery System form of learning; master each subject of learning before moving on to the next subject, step by step, so as to provide the greatest pertinent information obtainment and no one gets left behind, not even children with mental disabilities - as the children with mental disabilities are empowered and able to not only master each lesson but also keep up with their age range, as there are no A, B, C, D, or F grading at all. What Kahn Academy has achieved, as proclaimed by Elon Musk, is "Kahn Academy Breaks Down Learning to the Gama" and nothing less shall be good enough for Our Future, Our Children. Please go research and study. But we can go a step further and grant our children with the bare necessities that we were deprived of. These necessities being - Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy at the young ages of 4, 5 and 6 – as such is necessary for our children - as to provide and gift the abilities for Our Children to Control Their Emotions and Minds on a level that is unprecedented, and our children are in dire need of.

A by-product will be the achievement of a higher understanding at a younger age. These are the effects that differ in 'We the People' of today, as we are the victims thereof the effects that Under Educating has achieved. This being the true crime, as ‘We the People’ have been robbed of knowing ourselves. Truly - as it takes a individual to the average of 45 to 50 years of age to gain the understanding to be able to shed a slim amount of light to provide a mere glimpse of this reality, as we don’t know our own minds, truly, and this is the norm we accept, unbeknownst as we are not intelligent enough to truly understand and remedy such. Then most individuals struggle to gain a deeper understanding as to many topics like for example the meanings behind instances and points of view or how to properly absorb and/or express emotions for the remainder of their lives. In furtherment to provide more clarity of this great need and deficiency that has and is being implemented upon our people-we could provide the philosophy of “True Human Sentiment”, wrote By: Adam Smith, in order to re-moralize and re-humanize our Society, without the application of religion, but through intelligence and gaining the understanding of true importance in life and Remedy Ourselves of this chaos we have become, and save Our Children from being exploited, as We-R-One, what affects one-effects us all, please see affect vs. effect, eventually, as the butterfly effect is certain in all actions, as well as the applications of inaction.

Also, Kahn Academy is a Not-For-Profit in which will enable us to save money and implement the funds saved where it is in dire need, such as higher pay the ones who need it the most, and these actions are a great investment into our future, being the best investment ever, our children’s teachers, who are passionate about Our Children’s well-being and their minds, as well as other programs to benefit our children.

Ergo – Your duty, my fellows, as the People of this great nation, that are the United States Citizens, is the action of empowering our people, i.e. our children, as is in truth and fact of the greatest dire need and this is the Battle Cry to Unite ‘We the People’ as one under this Great Common Cause, if not the greatest common cause of human existence.

As for the second part to solidify the need for us to unite and create the change needed of this current learning system - is that such a learning system violates the Virginia state Constitution’s clause noted in the Bill of Rights:

That no free government, nor the blessings of liberty, can be preserved to any people, but by a firm adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, frugality, and virtue; by frequent recurrence to fundamental principles; and by the recognition by all citizens that they have duties as well as rights, and that such rights cannot be enjoyed save in a society where law is respected and due process is observed.

That free government rests, as does all progress, upon the broadest possible diffusion of knowledge, and that the Commonwealth should avail itself of those talents which nature has sown so liberally among its people by assuring the opportunity for their fullest development by an effective system of education throughout the Commonwealth.

There is no argument that can provide justification for nothing less, and the Affiant bets his life on it, than the best learning system for Our Children’s Betterment and Benefit is the Kahn Academy’s Mastery System application….. The current system of learning was and is ineffective and deficient on so many levels that to define all of the insufficiencies would take a great amount of time and study, but one thing that is irrefutable, the application of a Graded System of learning leaves our children lost, just as it did to us. We must Unite As One and END the Tyranny of Under Education NOW!!!!!
